All rented homes must meet strict fire and safety standards, which include having working smoke alarms, proper fire exits and safe electrical systems. As your agent, we carry out regular checks and ensure landlords stay compliant with current regulations.

Tenants also play a key role in keeping the property safe. Please don’t tamper with alarms, block escape routes or ignore safety advice. If you notice anything that seems unsafe, let us know straight away. Good communication and awareness are the best ways to prevent accidents.
