Preparing for routine inspections

Routine property inspections are a standard part of any tenancy and are designed to check that everything is in order at the property. These inspections are usually carried out every few months and are arranged with plenty of notice. They’re not there to catch tenants out — instead, they help identify any maintenance issues and ensure the property remains in good condition for the long term.

During an inspection, we’ll typically look at key areas such as plumbing, heating and the general state of the fixtures and fittings. It’s also a good time to raise any concerns you might have.
